This Shipping Policy applies to physical product orders i.e. Pooja Samagri only. Online Darshan, Live Darshan, and E-Mannat Fulfillment are digital/service-based offerings and do not involve physical shipping.

All pooja samagri orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

3.2 Delivery Time

Standard delivery across India takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. For remote areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

3.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you make the payment.

3.4 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your delivery in real time.

3.5 No Returns or Refunds on Pooja Samagri

Since pooja samagri is a religious and consumable product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered. All sales of pooja samagri are final. We request customers to review their order carefully before placing it.
