4.1 Services Offered

Sattvik Bhakti offers: sale of pooja samagri, online darshan booking, live darshan streaming, and e-mannat fulfillment through assigned priests.

4.2 Pooja Samagri

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, with a full refund to the customer. Product images are for representation purposes only and actual products may slightly vary. All sales of pooja samagri are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once delivered.

4.3 Online Darshan and Live Darshan

Darshan bookings are subject to temple schedules and availability. We act as a facilitating platform and are not responsible for technical disruptions or schedule changes made by temple authorities. In case of cancellation from our end, a full refund will be provided.

4.4 E-Mannat Fulfillment

By booking an e-mannat fulfillment, you authorize Sattvik Bhakti to assign a qualified priest to perform the specified ritual on your behalf at the designated temple. All e-mannat bookings are non-refundable once placed, regardless of the time of cancellation request. We ensure the ritual is performed with proper vidhi and devotion. However, Sattvik Bhakti does not guarantee any specific divine outcome or fulfillment of wishes. The service is purely facilitative in nature.

4.5 Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase through our secure third-party payment gateways.

4.6 Cancellation and Refund

Pooja Samagri: All sales are final. No returns or refunds once delivered.

Online/Live Darshan: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled darshan will receive a full refund. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

E-Mannat Fulfillment: All e-mannat bookings are strictly non-refundable once payment is made.

4.7 Intellectual Property

All content on www.sattvikbhakti.com including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of HolyVista Ventures Private Limited and cannot be copied or used without written permission.

4.8 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
