Refund Policy

At Sattvik Bhakti, we want to be transparent about our refund policy. Please read carefully before making any purchase or booking.

5.1 Pooja Samagri (Physical Products)

All sales of pooja samagri are strictly final. We do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds on pooja samagri once the order has been placed and delivered. Since pooja samagri is a religious and consumable product, we request all customers to review their order carefully before confirming the purchase.

5.2 Online Darshan

100% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled darshan slot. No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Full refund if the darshan cannot be conducted due to a technical issue or cancellation from our end.

5.3 Live Darshan

Live darshan is a real-time service. No refund will be provided once the live darshan session has begun. In case of technical disruption from our end, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5.4 E-Mannat Fulfillment

All e-mannat fulfillment bookings are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is made, no cancellation or refund will be processed under any circumstance. We encourage customers to be fully certain before making an e-mannat booking. Our priests will perform the ritual with complete devotion and proper vidhi on your behalf.

5.5 Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds (applicable for Online Darshan and Live Darshan only) will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For UPI and net banking, refunds may reflect within 3-5 business days. For credit/debit cards, it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

5.6 How to Raise a Refund Request

For eligible refund requests (Online Darshan / Live Darshan only), write to us at info@sattvikbhakti.com with your order ID, name, and reason for refund. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
